Rizzivr Record ("we", "us", "our") is the controller for the personal data processed through this website (rizzivr.de). See our Impressum for full legal contact details.

2. What data we collect

Contact & demo submissions. When you email us or submit the demo form, we receive your name, email address, any links you share, and the message content.
Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies. This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required to run the site are used.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

To reply to your enquiries and evaluate demo submissions. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
To keep the site secure and operational. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations if you sign an agreement. Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Who receives your data

We use trusted processors to run the site and handle email:

Hosting: Lovable / Cloudflare (site delivery)
Email: our email provider ([TODO: e.g. Google Workspace, Fastmail])
Demo form: FormSubmit (form-to-email relay). their privacy policy

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA or transferred to third countries under GDPR-compliant safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Demo and contact messages: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted unless we sign an agreement. Contract-related data: kept for the legal retention period (typically 6 to 10 years under German tax law).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email green.monke.tt@gmail.com.
